Everything an online hotspot needs, in one place
A MikroTik hotspot on its own gives you a login page and a user list. Turning that into a business means issuing vouchers people can buy, knowing which codes are still unused, collecting money every month from PPPoE customers, and finding out a router is down before your customers tell you. MikroMan adds that layer on top of RouterOS 6 and 7 without touching your existing hotspot configuration — your router keeps serving users exactly as it does now.
Vouchers that sell themselves
Generate hundreds of codes in seconds, print them on A4 with your own template, export the batch as a PDF, or send it straight to a customer on WhatsApp.
Hotspot + PPPoE billing
Track every sale, run monthly PPPoE customer billing with auto-renewal, and let the system suspend overdue connections automatically instead of chasing them by hand.
Live monitoring & alerts
Real-time CPU, RAM and traffic graphs per router, with an instant push and WhatsApp alert the moment one goes offline — you hear it before your customers do.
Staff, resellers, multi-router
Add unlimited routers and give staff or resellers their own login with exactly the permissions you choose — sell vouchers without handing over your admin panel.

MikroTik online hotspot FAQ
How do I manage a MikroTik hotspot online?
Connect your router to MikroMan with its RouterOS API credentials — the router establishes the connection outward, so no public IP or port forwarding is required. From then on the hotspot is managed from the cloud dashboard or the Android app: vouchers, users, profiles, billing, reports and live monitoring.
Do I need a public IP for online hotspot management?
No. MikroMan works behind CGNAT and mobile broadband. Nothing on your router has to be exposed to the internet, which also closes the open-WinBox-port hole that gets so many hotspot routers compromised.
Does it work with RouterOS 6 and RouterOS 7?
Yes, both are fully supported — hotspot, PPPoE, monitoring, queues, firewall and VPN features all work on either version, so a mixed fleet of old and new routers lives in the same dashboard.
Can customers buy WiFi vouchers automatically?
Yes. Voucher batches can be sent to a customer as a PDF over WhatsApp, and the WhatsApp bot lets customers check the validity of a code or request a MAC reset themselves, without anyone from your team being involved.
Will it change my existing hotspot setup?
No. MikroMan reads and writes through the RouterOS API using the hotspot server, profiles and users you already have. Your login page, walled garden and existing configuration stay exactly as they are.
